Spring Creative Journaling Workshop
Treat yourself to a pre silly season workout for the mind, in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
Creative Journaling is the act of exploring your thoughts, feelings and responses on the page, using diverse approaches and materials.
Lisa D‘Onofrio (poet and lifecoach) and Simmone Howell (author) havedevised a series of exercises to help you draw out your creativity andfind clarity.
Suitable for those already on the writer‘s path or those just beginning.

Join us for the Autumn/Winter Creative Journaling Workshop. This is a time of balance, when we stop and relax and enjoy the fruits of our personal harvests. It is also a time of preparation. Lisa and I have devised a set of writing and journaling exercises on the themes of memory, restoration, hope and gratitude.
